Worst customer service !Its been more than an hour I am trying to reach customer call center but no answer.Poor customer service of all.First 30 mins ,automated voice of AI will annoy you ,and later somehow she transfer calls and basically you are on hold for long time.Worst worst worst !

The worst bank I dealt with its horrible Ive been trying to call for 2 hours no one received my call tried all branches... my cord wont work online i dont receive any msg for transactions..... cant believe this bank still exist
This branchs desktops are just for showoff - I am sure the employee dnt know how to use them. My 2nd visit to same branch same Customer Care (Him*****hu) and his same reply Sir, Call the customer care in front of me. i want to know why they ask you to visit the branch. I guess the desktop in front of him can definitely answer his own question but NAA - We cannot do anything from here, Please call telephone customer care. I told him I dnt have mobile balance to make such a long call but for him i am sure its a way to Shhooooooooooo the customer away. Thank You Mr. Him*****hu for your service.BTW, who resolve the issue by saying call the customer care in front of me.? I insist him to please open his system and check the last update you may find the reason why telephone customer care directed to visit the branch.So, now whenever someone has to visit the branch, please keep the solutions handy.
Its one strongest bank in middle East.. but they must improve customer service..more training required
I deposited some money into an account and the machine got stuck. The receipt didnt even have the amount the machine took plus the customers service is rude and dont know anything.
Very poor customer service. I applied to open account and they came and took the papers. Now there is no update. The agent collecting the documents does not reply also. Horrible !!!

Very poor customer service from FAB Bank. Might be lowest in UAE for their customer care and responsiveness. Would advise all to be cautious to deal with FAB Bank.
The worst ever banking experience I had in UAE !! π Dubai First Bankβs Bank Guarentee refund department you keep me in waiting till 9.40am on a Tuesday morning for a Cheque collection saying that finance dept. Nobody arrived yet !!? and once the person came also nothing happened on the refund request doc given on 4th Nov.
The worst ever banking services that I experienced even as an Elite Gold customer with them!!! Very high interest base rate 8.5%, commercial 9.75%, MBR 5.75%. No transparency on how FAB is calculating these rates and they will change it without informing the customer!!! Takes ages to get simple service such as liability letter or do loan settlement, or even clearance cert. No professionalism, no clear time line for a service and no commitment to deliver a service. Save your time and your money by staying away from this FAB bank.
Horrible service, I asked the security as well as one employee for Edirham and they confirm that it is available and they provided 2 token numbers and after I reached the cashier (1,5 hours) they said it is stopped and they are not providing. No information and very bad service
You cant define it a bank. Their only aim is to suck every little amount possible without caring a 6 months ongoing complaints due to their own mistakes. Astonished!!!
